Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote property listings.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Help organize and participate in open houses, property tours, and promotional events.
• Maintain and update CRM tools, client databases, and marketing materials.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports.
• Contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional activities.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for real estate and a willingness to learn industry best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of design or social media tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
