Location: CMD Road, Ikosi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: NGN150,000

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days remote & 3 days onsite.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong content creation skills to manage our online presence and grow our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and driving community engagement across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

● Create high-quality, visually appealing, and original content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, etc.) tailored for each platform.

● Manage and grow the business’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

● Plan and schedule social media posts using content calendars and publishing tools.

● Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights and analytics to optimize strategy.

● Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

● Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.

● Support brand campaigns, product launches, and events with social media coverage.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

● 3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency, preferably in the entertainment/hospitality industry..

● Strong content creation skills, photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting.

● Proficiency with social media tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later).

● Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.

● Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
