Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Officer to join our team. The Business Development Officer will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This person will identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support marketing initiatives that position the company as a trusted leader in automotive services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with fleet owners, ride-hailing drivers, and corporate clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of car inspections, tyre delivery, and maintenance services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate service packages.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction after service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the company at community events, trade fairs, and online platforms to build brand visibility.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform business strategies and service improvements.Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery of inspections, tyre installations, and maintenance jobs.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
