Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and personable Waitress to provide top-tier dining service in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly while ensuring quality and presentation
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs in a timely manner
• Handle payments and operate POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary needs

Job Requirement:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food handler’s certification is a plus
