Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Restaurant and Kitchen. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and an ability to streamline processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily kitchen and front-of-house operations.
• Coordinate staff schedules and oversee team performance.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, supplier deliveries, and kitchen resource management.
• Resolve operational issues swiftly to maintain smooth service flow.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety standards.
• Prepare and present weekly operational reports to management.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Procurement team to align operational needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in operations management, preferably in a food business.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
