Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 (based on experience)

Our client, a contemporary hospitality brand located in Lekki Phase 1, is seeking a Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and support the hotel management team in maintaining service excellence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in staff coordination, guest relations, and administrative reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and food service teams.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate shift schedules, monitor attendance, and manage staff performance.
• Support management with inventory control, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and service readiness.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager to drive customer satisfaction and operational improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in hotel operations or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Good knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service practices.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, on-site role.
• May include weekend and evening shifts based on operational needs.
