Job Title: Brand and PR Analyst
Location: Ologolo, Lekki, Lagos
Salary: N250,000 - N300,000
Reports To: Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Brand & PR Analyst to strengthen our image across its Lounge, Kitchen & Bar, and 5-a-side Turf. This role involves monitoring brand perception, analyzing customer sentiment, executing PR campaigns, tracking marketing performance, and ensuring consistent, positive visibility across al channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and media-savvy, with a passion for storytelling and brand positioning.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Brand Analysis & Strategy
● Monitor and evaluate brand performance, awareness, and perception across online and offline platforms.
● Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
● Ensure brand consistency across al visual, written, and experiential touchpoints.
2. Public Relations & Media Management
● Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and official statements.
● Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and community stakeholders.
● Coordinate interviews, media features, and event coverage.
3. Marketing Insights & Reporting
● Track engagement and performance metrics for campaigns and events.
● Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure ROI and audience reach.
● Provide monthly reports on brand health, sentiment analysis, and PR activities.
4. Event & Activation Support
● Assist in planning and promoting in-house and external events.
● Ensure brand visibility and positive representation during al public engagements.
5. Crisis Communication
● Monitor for potential PR risks and assist in managing timely, effective responses.
● Maintain a crisis communication playbook for the company.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
● 2–4 years’ experience in brand analysis, public relations, or marketing communications.
● Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social listening tools, etc.).
● Strong writing, storytelling, and media relationship ski ls.
● Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
