Location: Ologolo, Lekki
Salary: N200,000
Reports To: MD/CEO
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Brand and Communications Manager to join our team. The Brand and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance brand awareness, manage corporate messaging, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. The role involves content creation, public relations, digital marketing, and internal communications to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Communication:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy.
● Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
● Manage brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all marketing materials.
● Conduct brand audits and market research to assess brand perception and effectiveness.
Content Development & Digital Marketing:
● Oversee content creation for digital platforms, website, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
● Collaborate with the team to create compelling campaigns.
● Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
● Analyze and report on digital engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
Advertising & Campaign Management:
● Plan and execute brand campaigns in collaboration with the team.
● Manage advertising budgets and ensure ROI-driven marketing initiatives.
● Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for promotional activities.
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement:
● Develop internal communication strategies to align employees with brand values and goals.
● Create internal newsletters, presentations, and reports for organizational communication.
● Support HR and leadership teams in employer branding initiatives.
