About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Floor Supervisor to join our Ikoyi branch. The ideal candidate will oversee daily floor operations, ensure smooth customer experience, and support staff productivity while maintaining high retail standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor product displays, shelves, and inventory replenishment.
• Enforce store policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Report daily operations and challenges to branch management.
• Support training and onboarding of new floor staff.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and security standards are maintained on the shop floor.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail operations or as a floor/team supervisor.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on a one-day-in, one-day-out schedule.
• Preferably male (due to operational requirements).
• Resides within Ikoyi or nearby areas (added advantage).
