Salary: ₦300,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Fashion Creative Manager with strong skills in illustration and design. The ideal candidate should be able to translate ideas into sketches, concepts, and finished designs that reflect our brand’s identity. You will be responsible for shaping the creative direction of collections, campaigns, and projects, while ensuring originality and consistency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create original fashion illustrations and design concepts for collections and campaigns.
• Research global and local fashion trends, fabrics, and styles to guide design direction.
• Develop sketches, digital illustrations, and prototypes for review.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and styling teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Direct and oversee creative shoots, styling, and brand visuals.
• Present creative ideas and mood boards to management for approval.
• Maintain a strong creative pipeline, ensuring designs are practical, timely, and innovative.
• Mentor junior creatives or interns when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in fashion illustration, design, or creative direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both hand-drawn and digital illustration work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or CLO 3D.
• Good understanding of fabrics, tailoring, and garment construction.
• Strong sense of style, color, and aesthetics.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
