Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lash Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Lash Technician, you will be responsible for enhancing our clients’ natural beauty by applying eyelash extensions and providing other lash-related services.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and provide recommendations based on their eye shape, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Apply eyelash extensions using various techniques, including classic, volume, and hybrid, ensuring a natural and flattering result.
• Perform lash lifts, tints, and other lash-related services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing tools and equipment between clients.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure the longevity and health of their lash extensions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in lash artistry and attend training sessions as required.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience as a Lash Technician or similar role.
• Certification in eyelash extensions application (e.g., Lash Extension Certification).
• Strong knowledge of different lash extension techniques and styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude and a passion for beauty and helping clients feel confident.
