Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000 (negotiable based on experience)

We are urgently hiring a Pastry chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and standards.
• Decorate and present pastries in an appealing and attractive manner.
• Ensure the quality, freshness, and taste of all baked goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new recipes and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker.
• Creative flair and passion for pastry making.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and pastry decoration.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
