Job Title: General Manager – Drivers’ Training Institute
Location: Jakande, Lekki
Salary: Highly Attractive and Negotiable (based on experience)

Job Summary:
The General Manager (GM) of Drivers’ Training Institute is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the driving training program, ensuring that the operations are efficient, compliant with regulations, and meet the highest standards of safety and quality. The GM’s responsibility also includes increasing revenue generation by submitting proposals, making presentations on behalf of the company, and enhancing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the drivers’ training institute department in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the team, including instructors, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Promote the training program through community outreach, partnerships, and marketing initiatives, increasing the company’s revenue.
Set performance goals for the team and monitor progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue generation, expenses, and profitability.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue, such as expanding service offerings or improving marketing efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including individual learners, corporate clients, and government agencies.
Oversee the daily operations of the DTI department.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, implementing changes as necessary.
Prepare and manage the driving training program's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality.
Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on key performance indicators, financial results, and operational challenges.
Implement corrective actions where necessary to address any areas of underperformance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 6-10 years of experience, preferably in a driving training and sales department
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
Knowledge of driving regulations, safety standards, and training methodologies.
Proficiency in using management software and tools.
