JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant (Corpers can apply)
LOCATION: Lekki phase 1, Lagos
SALARY: N50,000 -N70,000

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team in the fast-paced environment of our aviation brokerage and aviation tradeshow company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a keen attention to detail. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of the executives and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.


  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.
  • Travel Coordination:
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Ensure that executives have all necessary information and materials for business trips and meetings.
  • Event Planning:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of aviation tradeshows and related events.· Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of logistics.
  • Communication Liaison:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and various departments within the company.
  • Expense Management:
  • Track and manage executive expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.· Prepare and submit expense reports promptly.
  • Confidentiality:
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Office Management:
  • Assist in the overall management and organization of the office environment.
  • Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
