Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 (plus HMO and commission)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales goals, building a high-performance sales team, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, leadership, and real estate.

Responsibilities

- Promoting the company’s existing products and introducing new products to the market.

- Managing the sales team to meet their quotas and goals.

- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.

- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.

- Maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales in the real estate industry.

- Experience in management may be advantageous.

- Strong closing skills.

- Proven track record of sales/meeting sales targets.

- Understanding and knowledge of real estate sales and marketing.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

- Digital marketing experience is an added advantage.
