Overview
We’re looking for hands-on Technical Support Specialists to help our business clients troubleshoot and resolve more complex or technical issues. You’ll bridge the gap between customer service and engineering, providing critical support that keeps operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to escalated support tickets requiring deeper technical investigation.
- Collaborate with developers to replicate bugs and suggest fixes.
- Assist clients with platform integrations, configurations, and data sync issues.
- Document solutions for internal and customer-facing knowledge bases.
- Identify and communicate recurring issues or gaps in product performance.
- Provide feedback loops between the support and product development teams.
Ideal Experience
- 2–5 years in technical support, QA, or implementation roles.
- Experience supporting digital platforms with multiple business user types.
- Ability to debug issues using logs, APIs, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with basic scripting or database queries is a plus.
