Overview
We’re seeking ambitious Sales Managers to drive business client acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll lead prospecting efforts, close deals, and shape the sales strategy to meet the needs of modern business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-value business leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Understand client needs and map them to the platform’s capabilities.
- Deliver tailored product pitches and demos to drive conversions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to contract closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and report performance metrics.
- Collaborate with onboarding, success, and marketing teams for a unified client experience.
Job Requirements:
- 4–6 years in B2B sales or account executive roles, preferably in digital platforms or fintech.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close mid- to high-value deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to adapt messaging to varied industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
