Job Title: Account Manager
Department: Customer Success / Enterprise Relations
Salary: N150,000 - N300,000
Overview
We’re seeking proactive and strategic Account Managers to nurture long-term relationships with our business clients. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction, retention, and growth through a deep understanding of their needs and usage patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business clients and ensure their goals are consistently met.
- Build trust with stakeholders through regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and timely support.
- Track platform usage trends to proactively suggest solutions or optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues, escalate concerns, and improve services.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and hand off sales leads where appropriate.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and status updates in CRM systems.
Ideal Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in digital platforms or SaaS.
- Proven success managing B2B relationships and guiding customers through platform adoption and scaling.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a consultative mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, support, and sales teams.
