Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced financial services firm on Lagos Island. The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with excellent communication, coordination, and critical thinking skills. You will serve as a strategic executive assistant, handling executive-level support, legal documentation, calendar and travel management, client liaison, and confidential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the CEO.

● Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

● Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, legal documents, and contracts.

● Attend high-level meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

● Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

● Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

● Support project management and follow-through on deliverables.

● Conduct legal and business research as required.

● Prepare reports, memos, and presentations for strategic decision-making.

● Ensure the CEO’s office runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.

Job Requirements:

● Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B)

● 2–3 years of relevant experience in executive support, preferably in finance, legal, or corporate sectors.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic legal tools.

● Familiarity with the financial services industry is an added advantage.

● Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
