Carry out weekly and monthly Inventory counts, daily cycle counts, and reconciliation of counts. Ensure quality and customer service of materials supplied to the department and the palletized finished goods shipped are always acceptable to the customer. Responsible to enforce safe and environmentally sound working conditions and practices (include setting up and meeting the mill Qshe objectives) within area of responsibility. Manage the mill logistics department inline with the agreed budget Manage and control all inventory within area of responsibility inline with requirements and business objectives. Identify, develop & implement plans to optimize logistics processes (both internally and externally) with materials vendors, production and distribution teams to reduce cost and improve internal customer service. Ensure Training of warehouse staffs where necessary.
