Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage and maintain stock levels for
the lounge’s store, kitchen, and bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing,
issuing, and recording all inventory items accurately to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize
losses or wastage.
Key Responsibilities
● Receive, inspect, and record all goods and supplies delivered to the lounge.
● Issue stock to various departments (kitchen, bar, and service areas) based on approved
requisitions.
● Maintain accurate daily records of stock movement (inflow and outflow).
● Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) and reconcile any discrepancies.
● Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO methods to prevent spoilage or expiry.
● Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
● Report low stock levels, damages, or expired items to the management promptly.
● Work closely with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
● Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to the Lounge Manager or Accountant.
Job Requirements
● Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a
related field.
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Officer, preferably in a
hospitality or retail environment.
● Strong knowledge of storekeeping procedures and documentation.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
● Excellent organizational, numerical, and record-keeping skills.
● Must reside within Lagos Mainland (Ikosi, Ketu, Magodo, or nearby areas).
