Job Summary

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and innovative Mixologist to craft exceptional cocktails and beverages that elevate the guest experience. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of mixology, bar trends, and beverage service, as well as a strong sense of presentation and creativity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks
• Create unique drink menus in line with seasonal trends and customer preferences
• Ensure high-quality, consistent beverage preparation and presentation
• Educate customers on drink options and recommend pairings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Monitor bar inventory, restock supplies, and liaise with inventory and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards in bar operations
• Assist with training new bar staff on drink recipes, service techniques, and presentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE; professional training or certification in Mixology is a plus
• At least 2 years’ experience as a mixologist in a lounge, bar, or hospitality setting
• Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, garnishes, and cocktail preparation
• Friendly, confident, and able to engage guests with excellent communication skills
• Must reside in or around Ikosi, Ketu, Magodo (Mainland Lagos)
