Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Inventory Officer to oversee stock management across all departments of the lounge, including the kitchen, bar, and store. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, minimize wastage, and maintain optimal inventory levels to support daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing inventory across lounge, kitchen, and bar departments
• Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) and reconcile discrepancies
• Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely restocking of depleted items
• Implement proper inventory control systems and stock rotation procedures (FIFO/FEFO)
• Identify and report slow-moving or expired items for appropriate action
• Prevent losses through proper documentation, storage, and internal control measures
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to forecast usage and ensure accurate par levels
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management on a scheduled basis

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a hospitality or retail setting
• Proficient in the use of inventory management software or spreadsheets
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Must reside within Lagos Mainland (Ikosi, Ketu, Magodo or nearby areas)
