Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, responsible, and experienced Assistant Manager to support the Lounge Manager in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and capable of handling both staff and customers in a dynamic lounge setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the lounge
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality or lounge/bar management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must reside on the mainland (preferably around Ikosi/Ketu/Magodo)
• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in relevant field
