Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of kitchen supplies and inventory. This role is vital for maintaining quality, cost control, and steady stock flow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source reliable suppliers and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Procure food items, kitchen supplies, and equipment based on kitchen needs.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
• Track inventory usage and restock proactively to avoid shortages.
• Compare pricing and quality to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and receipts.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to ensure quality and quantity needs are met.

Job Requirements:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in food service.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and storage standards.
• Good record-keeping and reporting abilities.
