Description
Position Title: Sales Executive
Department: Business Development / Sales
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Agungi Lekki , Lagos
Salary: Open (based on experience and performance)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through customer acquisition, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across our services (driver recruitment, corporate partnerships, Valet services, Vehicle Registration, etc.).
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and emerging business trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to management.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or renewals.
- Represent us at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the brand.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
