Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000

Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and hardworking professionals to fill the position of a Furniture Supervisor. The Furniture Supervisor will oversee the furniture production, assembly, and installation teams to ensure products meet design specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines. The ideal candidate must possess technical knowledge of furniture production processes and leadership ability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily furniture production activities from start to finish.
• Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Review production designs and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct inspections to verify product standards and finishing quality.
• Manage material inventory and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Coordinate installation schedules with the logistics and sales teams.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies.
• Train and mentor team members for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• OND/HND or equivalent technical qualification in Furniture Design, Wood Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in furniture manufacturing or carpentry.
• Strong understanding of furniture design interpretation and production workflow.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
