Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Eleganza, Lekki
Salary Range: ₦90,000 – ₦100,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and hardworking professionals to fill the position of a Receptionist. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role requires professionalism, excellent communication, and proficiency in computer use to handle administrative and front-desk operations efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
- Handle office correspondence, filing, and basic administrative duties.
- Support other departments with data entry and document management tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Smart appearance, good etiquette, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment professionally.
