Job Title: General Manager – Outsourcing
Location: Jakande, Lekki
Subsidiary: Outsourcing
Reports to: Executive Chairman
Salary: Highly Attractive and Negotiable (based on experience)

Job Summary
The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the outsourcing subsidiary, ensuring efficient service delivery across driver outsourcing, driver and vehicular licensing, and fleet management departments. The role requires strong business acumen, people management skills, and the ability to develop innovative outsourcing solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to grow the outsourcing subsidiary and achieve revenue/profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee daily operations of drivers outsourcing services, ensuring adequate recruitment, training, deployment, and performance management of outsourced drivers.
Supervise the driver and vehicular licensing unit, ensuring timely processing and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., driver’s licenses, vehicle registration, roadworthiness).
Manage the fleet management department, including acquisition, allocation, preventive maintenance, fuel management, repairs, and disposal of vehicles.
Establish policies, SOPs, and performance standards to ensure service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor revenue streams, cost efficiency, and profitability across departments.
Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational expenses.
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to departmental heads and staff.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of employees within the subsidiary.
Drive a performance-driven culture, ensuring accountability and high staff productivity.
Handle escalated client or employee issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure strict adherence to government regulations relating to transportation, outsourcing, and licensing.
Develop and enforce health, safety, and security standards for staff, drivers, and vehicles.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
Minimum of 8 years’ experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record in business development, operations management, and people leadership.
Excellent at maintaining good client relationships.
