Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Salary: NGN 200,000- 250,000 + attractive commission on subscriptions and partnerships.

Employment Type: Full-Time/hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Sales Associate to drive vendor subscriptions on the platform. This role will focus solely on onboarding new vendors, converting prospects into paying subscribers, and achieving monthly subscription targets.

Job Responsibilities:

● Prospect and identify potential vendors and merchants to join us.

● Present and pitch our subscription plans, benefits, and platform features.

● Close sales and onboard vendors, ensuring they complete the subscription process.

● Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and conversions.

● Follow up with leads consistently to increase conversion rates.

● Meet or exceed individual monthly subscription sales targets.

● Provide feedback from the field to improve subscription packages and sales strategies.

● Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or a related industry.

● Prior sales experience, especially in subscriptions, SaaS, or platform-based products (preferred).

● Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.

● Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

● Comfortable with field sales and direct outreach.

● Basic tech skills (using mobile/web platforms for onboarding vendors).

Performance Metrics

● Number of subscriptions sold per week/month.

● Lead-to-subscription conversion rate.

● Retention and satisfaction of onboarded vendors.
