Job Overview

We are looking for a smart and proactive Estate Surveyor Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a graduate or undergraduate of Surveying who is looking to build hands-on experience in client engagement, property inspections, and valuation services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote property listings.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Help organize and participate in open houses, property tours, and promotional events.
• Maintain and update CRM tools, client databases, and marketing materials.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports.
• Contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional activities.

Job Requirements:

• A student or recent graduate in Estate Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in real estate surveying, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
