Salary: ₦350,000 monthly

Workdays: Monday – Saturday

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Workshop Manager to lead the operations of our auto repair workshop in Jakande, Lekki. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage both technicians and customers effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workshop operations, high-quality repairs, and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and manage the technical team.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults.
• Assign repair jobs, monitor workflow, and ensure timely delivery.
• Inspect completed jobs to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and consumables inventory.
• Ensure workshop safety procedures and housekeeping are strictly followed.
• Provide accurate technical guidance and support to the team.
• Liaise with customers on diagnostics, repair estimates, and job progress.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years auto repair workshop experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle engines, diagnostics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and transmissions.
• Proficiency in the use of diagnostic tools and electronic fault-finding equipment.
• Ability to manage workshop inventory and maintain basic records.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• OND/HND in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Must be able to work Monday – Saturday.
