Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 (Monthly)

Job Summary:
We are a fast-growing logistics company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Ikoyi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase activations and subscriptions.
Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Pitch Shoppr’s value proposition to vendors and potential partners.
Convert leads into paying subscribers by guiding them through the onboarding process.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and subscription targets. - Client Relations & Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to drive retention and renewals.
Provide after-sales support to ensure smooth adoption of Shoppr’s platform.
Gather feedback from vendors to improve products, services, and user experience. - Partnerships & Market Expansion
Identify and engage potential partners (markets, trade associations, event organizers) to expand Shoppr’s reach.
Represent Shoppr at activations, trade shows, and community events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive subscriptions. - Reporting & Strategy
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Suggest strategies to improve lead generation and subscription growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
