Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with company products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, account updates, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication in CRM systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer engagement and experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements relevant to fintech and financial services.
  • Other Tasks: Execute flawlessly on any other task assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
  • Good understanding of fintech products, digital banking, or financial services solutions.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
