We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Hotel Supervisor, you will be expected to lead by example, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed. You will also be responsible for resolving guest complaints, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective operational strategies, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience.

- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

- Manage and motivate the hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth and development.

- Oversee guest services, ensuring that guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service throughout their stay.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses to ensure the hotel's needs are met efficiently.

- Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive occupancy rates and increase revenue.

- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a timely and effective manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.

- Ensure compliance with all legal, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in industry events, networking, and professional development opportunities to stay updated on hospitality trends.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven 2 years experience as a Hotel Supervisor or similar role.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- In-depth knowledge of the local hospitality market and industry trends.

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
