Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000/month
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our social media accounts and develop engaging content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency. As a Social Media Manager, you should have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a strong understanding of social media platforms. You will play a key role in growing our online presence and driving engagement with our target audience.
Job Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Scheduling – Assist in developing engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform, and manage the posting calendar to ensure consistent brand presence.
Community Management – Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and help foster positive community engagement.
Platform Management – Support daily management of company profiles across our social media platforms.
Analytics & Reporting – Track key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare regular reports to help optimize content strategy.
Trend Monitoring – Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates, and suggest creative ways to incorporate them into the brand’s strategy.
Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to align social media efforts with overall campaigns and brand goals.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Social Media Manager
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
Strong content creation and communication skills
Basic product knowledge and ability to communicate it clearlyUnderstanding of brand voice and audience engagement
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
