Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative/Cashier to join our team. This role requires someone who excels in both sales. You’ll be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers, driving sales, and efficiently handling point-of-sale transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions
• Operate POS system to process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
• Balance register at the end of shifts and maintain cash handling protocols
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Handle customer complaints or escalate as necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment

Job Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or cashiering preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong sales focus
