Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our daily business activities and ensure that the organization is running efficiently and profitably. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, leadership, and process optimization skills. You will be responsible for managing people, processes, logistics, customer satisfaction, and cross-departmental collaboration to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and operational goals.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize workflows and service delivery.
• Team & Process Management:
  • Supervise department leads and ensure team alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity; provide coaching and support where needed.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
  • Manage maintenance of equipment and facility resources.
• Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for executive management.
• Customer Experience & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services or products.
  • Implement quality control and risk management measures.
  • Address customer feedback, resolve complaints, and improve service standards.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or certifications in operations management is an advantage.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar operations or general management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple business units, streamline operations, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain software, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis).
• Financial Acumen:
  • Experience in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
  • Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Leadership & Strategy:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute operational plans aligned with business objectives.
• Communication & Relationship Management:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiation and vendor management skills are a strong plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Problem-solver with a hands-on approach to challenges.
