Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikate, Lekki, Lagos

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday(9am to 5pm) and Saturday(10am to 3pm)

Salary: NGN100,000 - NGN150,000

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with orders, returns, and product recommendations. A friendly and knowledgeable demeanor is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media regarding book availability, orders, and policies.

● Assist customers in selecting and finding books, both new and used, based on their preferences.

● Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records.

● Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions promptly.

● Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings.

● Maintain product displays and ensure the book inventory is up to date.

● Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a bookstore or retail environment.

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Ability to work with inventory management systems and software.

● A genuine interest in books and literature is highly desirable.

● Problem-solving ski ls and a positive attitude.
