Job Title: Office Receptionist with Social Media Expertise
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000
Location: Island, Lagos

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist with experience in managing social media platforms to join our team. This dual role combines front-office management and administrative support with the opportunity to develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management & Reception Duties:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and warmth.
 - Answer and route incoming calls and emails effectively.
 - Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee vendor relationships.
 - Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully functional at all times.
 - Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and office events.
 - Supervise facility maintenance, liaising with service providers to address issues promptly.
 
2. Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
 - Monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
 - Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement and growth.
 - Stay informed about trends and industry developments to optimize content strategies.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with company goals and branding.
 
3. Administrative Support:
- Assist with creating presentations, reports, and other business documents.
 - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports as needed.
 - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
 - Support the team in planning and executing company events or meetings.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
 - 3+ years of experience as an office manager, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
 - Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
 
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
 - Familiarity with social media tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent.
 - Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
 
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Creative mindset with attention to detail for both office management and social media tasks.
 - Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
 - Graphic design and video editing skills are a significant advantage.
